Natalie's first love was the piano her parents bought her after weeks of begging (she was only 6 years old but very determined). Much later, she and others discovered that her voice is her most intimate and aesthetic musical outlet.

Natalie holds a Master's Degree in Jazz Vocals from the University of Music and Performing Arts, Munich, and is living her dream of musical diversity. She writes original music for her own natalie elwood band as well as her duo Elwood & Reßle, has done session work for Bobby McFerrin and Jazzrausch Bigband, and is featured as a lead singer in bands such as Betty & Miss Jones and soul junction.
